Autumnal Breeze
45ml Absolut Wild Tea vodka
45ml cloudy apple juice
30ml pomegranate juice
60ml Earl Grey tea
Add ingredients to a tall glass and fill with ice.
Garnish with a slice of orange.

Lager & Honey Whiskey Collins
45ml Jameson Cask Mates whiskey
15ml honey water
20ml fresh lemon juice
100ml Lager beer
Add ingredients to a tall glass and fill with ice.
Garnish with 2 slices of lemon.

Rhubarb Sour
45ml The Glenlivet Founders Reserve
30ml fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp rhubarb jam
5ml vanilla syrup
10ml fresh egg white
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a rhubarb stalk.

Blackthorn Cocktail
45ml Jameson Select Reserve
15ml Plymouth Sloe Gin
2 dashes of sloe berry or Aromatic bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
